TULSA SPRING TOURNAMENTS

District 15, Unit 158

On June 2-4 Unit 158, District 15 will be hosting TWO tournaments in Tulsa - a Non Life Master Regional (Gold and Red pts) and an open Sectional (Silver pts) - all in one location. The flyer is attached. Games are at 9:30 and 2:00 on Thursday and Friday, 9:30 Swiss Teams on Saturday. Lunch will be provided on Thursday and Friday to those that play in both sessions. Pizza on Saturday for Swiss Teams.

VACCINATION - All players, staff and volunteers must be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination must be provided to the Event Safety Coordinator before entry.

MASK REQUIREMENTS - At this time the Covid-19 community level in Tulsa is low but this could change before the tournament dates. It is suggested that players bring masks (we will have some available at the site). Whether or not masks are required, masking is always recommended, especially if an attendee is at high risk for severe illness or otherwise is a member of a vulnerable population.

HAND SANITIZER - Will be readily available inside the playing area.

THIS WILL BE A CASHLESS TOURNAMENT - Only credit cards will be accepted for entry fee payment.

GREAT DOOR PRIZES - We will be giving door prizes every session - choose from gifts cards, bridge goodies, and tickets to the Drillers game!!!

TOURNAMENT SITE - Cascia Hall Preparatory School is located near 25th Street and Utica Avenue (the actual address is on Yorktown Avenue). We will be using the Utica Avenue entrance to the parking area. There will be signs on the street and at the building entrance.

We look forward to seeing you in Tulsa in June!
