Nancy Hunt - Story from a Life Master

I joined the ACBL in the Fall of 2019, after taking beginner bridge lessons and playing duplicate bridge for a couple of months.  During Covid (2020), I took over 100 bridge lessons, including transitioning to the 2 over 1 system and learning the basic conventions.  I discovered Gavin Wolpert's lessons and became a big fan of him and his expert standard bidding system.  My local partner agreed to learn a few of the modern bidding system changes.  I also found other Wolpert bridge students to play Gavin's full system online.  I met one at a national ACBL tournament and another at a regional tournament.  Bridge has really helped me keep my brain active and make new friends. My favorite thing about bridge is there is always more to learn.
